Our first business training session, attended by veterans and the families of martyrs, was successfully conducted.
Business training programs are being organized within the framework of the Employment Support Project, funded by the World Bank and commissioned by the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Azerbaijan, with the aim of enhancing citizens’ entrepreneurial knowledge.
🎯 The primary objective of these trainings is to strengthen beneficiaries’ business knowledge, develop their entrepreneurial potential, and support them in transforming their ideas into sustainable business activities.
🤝 One of the key values of the program is to promote the economic participation of veterans and the families of martyrs by enhancing their entrepreneurial knowledge and skills.
📚 Delivered by Accelerated Career Academy, the trainings provide participants with practical knowledge on business idea development, business plan preparation, marketing strategies, market and competitor analysis, financial planning, legal requirements, taxation, and social insurance regulations.
