The primary objective of these trainings is to develop participants’ entrepreneurial potential, strengthen their practical business management competencies, and support them in transforming their business ideas into viable and sustainable ventures.
As part of the training program, participants gain knowledge in areas such as business idea generation and evaluation, business plan development, marketing strategy design, target market identification, competitor analysis, and the positioning of products and services.
The trainings are delivered through interactive methods, allowing participants to work on real business cases and develop their own business plans. In addition, they receive comprehensive guidance on legal requirements, tax obligations, social insurance regulations, and other compliance-related aspects of entrepreneurship.
Throughout the training process, participants receive individualized recommendations to further refine and strengthen their business ideas. At the end of the program, each participant presents a business plan developed on the basis of their own business concept.
Participants who successfully complete the business training program proceed to an evaluation stage. During this process, their business plans are assessed based on criteria such as the quality of the business plan, the feasibility and sustainability of the business idea, market potential, financial justification, and presentation skills.

Fuad Orujov is a professional with experience in business plan development, customer relationship management, banking operations, and compliance. He currently serves as a trainer at Accelerated Career Academy, delivering business training programs. Prior to this role, he held various positions at PASHA Bank OJSC.

Business Consultant
Arif Eyvazov is a professional with extensive experience in training, business development, community development, rural investment projects, and microfinance. He currently serves as a trainer at Accelerated Career Academy, where he delivers business training programs. Previously, he worked on projects implemented by the Azerbaijan Rural Development Support Public Union, the World Bank, the Islamic Development Bank (IsDB), IFAD, and other development initiatives.
